The Kantha work on this saree has been done by artisan Jinat Rehana, who belongs to a community of women in Malda,practicing this embroidery art for generations. Each stitch tells a story – inspired by nature, daily life, and old Bengali traditions. The detailed work reflects the time, patience, and skill involved in creating every saree.
